Poor Services - Bad Experience

Hi Everyone, We (2 Adults and 2 Kids) had visited Chitradurga on the 22nd of December 2019. We chose hotel Amogh International. Pros: 1. First thing is about the room. It was Spacious.... and that is it. that is the ONLY good thing about the Hotel. Cons: 1. Dirty rooms 2. Room floor ... furniture Nevre looked its been dusted. 3. Breakfast - NOT INCLUDED. 4. Service: Night we requested hot water for kids - NEVER supplied 5. Next day morning - NO HOT WATER....!!! Yes... there was NO hot water. Temperature outside was around 17deg. Celsius and there was no supply of Hot water for taking bath... can you imagine that? Upon request (at 7.30 am), they said hot water comes - which Never - It was just about Luke warm. At least kids needed hot water - which we never supplied with. We had to start to Hampi by 8.30 am.... due to their response we could not start till 9.30. At last we all had COLD WATER shower and left. The manager and the associates were NOT - responsive. Verdict: will I suggest some one? - Answer is: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...!!!!

Yes, that's the most positive thing I can say about the place. No roaches. Room was clean, but everything in shambles. Dirty bed spreads, dusty blankets, indifferent staff and the list goes on. It's in such a crowded area that you'll need to really look hard for signs when Google maps tells you that you have reached destination. The AC needed some more complaining to work after we checked in. The room phone cable comes off as soon as you pick up the receiver. Night was only interrupted by traffic noise, barking dogs and a really loud prayer call. But then if you are just looking for a place to crash and will just crash anyways, feel free.

This hotel is located next to premium hotel and in comparison it's very much like a lodging unit.The rooms are too simple and with no hot water supply,they gave us buckets of hot water to shower.There were no quilt and the bedsheet had a hole as someone tried to lit off a cigarette.The room service was efficient and have no complains abt it ,good dinner and breakfast venues ,overall the experience was average.

Dont be fooled by name like we got .its a really bad hotel . actually there are very few hotels in chitradurga .. We booked this online but its really poor hotel in extremely congested area .. Its a very old hotel . with no cleanliness .. Moreover they are charging equivalent of all good hotels

Amogha International has nothing international about it, Located in centre of Chitradurga town short distance from Main Bus Stand, Congested access road and surroundings. Congested basement parking. Rooms are spacious with television, wardrobe and a teapoy. No elevators to access the rooms and guests need to compulsorily walk up. Indifferent maintenance and below average service are drawbacks. Breakfast is best had at nearby Upadhyay Restaurant on the Main Road
